Shipping Policy:

Please note we make every effort to ship in stock items within 3-5 business days AFTER your order is placed.  If we discover that your item is not available, we will contact you immediately.  Please be sure your contact information is correct. 

We use ICS courier service (with tracking number and required receipients' signature) for all shipments within Canada.  

If you are an International customer, we will quote your shipping costs via email AFTER your order is placed as they all vary due to size and weight.  You can also email us before ordering for a shipping quote.  All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking numbers.  Customers are responsible for any taxes or duty charges.  You will be contacted with exact shipping fees as well as a confirmation of your pet's measurements (if you have not specified the measurements during the checkout phase under "Special Instructions") via email after ordering.  Please notify us of any concerns you may have about your product/order on the "Special Instructions" section during checkout.
